Tribal Thunder Is Back!

Tribal Thunder has amazed and entertained students and staff with their dynamic interactive drumming school program.  Principals have been astounded with the reaction of the students and the direct links to the curriculum.

All students are educated about the origins of the drum and the science of sound and vibration through the experimental portion of the program.  Each student has the opportunity for "hands on application".  They gather around tables to discover the effects of sound and vibration with many captivating demonstrations of how powerful sound is in our daily lives.  Instruments from Around the World such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingshas, Didgeridoos and more are used to demonstrate the power of sound and how it affects us in daily life.  Children are left wide eyed in a world of discovery.

As part of the program, Tribal Thunder also delivers an Impacting Anti Bullying Message focusing on the power of words, respect, courtesy and co-operation.  Through the use of a drum circle students learn the power of their voice, how to exercise it and become responsible with their personal power.  Emphasis is placed on the difference between hearing and listening, sharing and communicating with each of their classmates and their community.

Tribal Thunder has travelled extensively throughout Southern Ontario over the past 7 years encountering an enthusiastic response and eagerness.  Tribal Thunder is providing a service that is growing in popularity.  Thank you to all that have invited us to your school and passed on your recommendations. We have had exuberant responses from your peers.

Flat Fee Mileage and Possible Accommodations If Required.

Due to Tribal Thunder’s popularity many teachers have opened their homes for accommodation and organizations have offered accommodations for a small donation in your area.  Please inquire.
